Who am I?
Z Meetings was established in 2005 and is owned by Karin Egede
I was born and raised in Narsaq in South Greenland and I have a Danish/Greenlandic background with roots planted firmly in both countries. I am a Master of Sciences from Roskilde University in Denmark, specializing in Arctic Tourism. For the past 20 years, I have been living in Nuuk.
Prior to establishing Z Meetings, I was employed by Greenland Tourism (now Visit Greenland) in changing positions from project manager via consultant to being the administrative manager.
I have traveled all over Greenland and visited towns and settlements from Qaanaaq in the North to Nanortalik in the South, as well as Ittoqqortoormiit and Tasiilaq in East Greenland. I have an in-depth knowledge of most towns and settlements in Greenland.
In addition, I have also traveled and worked in the Faroe Islands and in Iceland in particular.
